The Origin

On the black slopes of a sleeping volcano, coffee grows slower, deeper, darker. We roast it on stone that once flowed as fire, and steep it for ninety nights — because you can't rush an eruption. Javalava isn't made. It erupts.

Lava Espresso Martini

Lava Espresso Martini

  • 2 oz Original Eruption
  • 1 oz fresh espresso
  • ½ oz vodka
  • Three coffee beans

Shake hard over ice until your hands hurt. Strain. Crown with three beans.

Stir over a single large cube. Express the twist over smoke.
