Obsidian-roasted coffee, slow-infused over volcanic stone. A liqueur that smolders long after the glass is empty.
On the black slopes of a sleeping volcano, coffee grows slower, deeper, darker. We roast it on stone that once flowed as fire, and steep it for ninety nights — because you can't rush an eruption. Javalava isn't made. It erupts.
Hand-picked from volcanic-soil farms above the cloud line, where thin air makes dense beans.
Beans roasted on reclaimed lava stone at 212°C, the way the mountain would have done it.
Ninety nights steeping in neutral spirit. Nothing hurried, nothing forced.
Settled in basalt cellars until the burn turns to velvet and the dark turns sweet.
